That I need to eat ,even when I’m not hungry,till stuffed,so that I won’t get distracted by thoughts of food afterwards.or vice versa ;I tell myself I should eat less in one meal,so when I get to feel like eating again soon afterwards(which actually happens so often) I won’t get much excessive food.
I think way too much about food preparation and what to eat(so as to make it as healthy and as low calorie as possible,but satisfying at the same time) which makes me end up disgusted with myself and any kind of food preparation,leaving the cooking half done and irritated with everything.
