It's most definitely overwhelming

Make sure to keep calling hotlines when you need it and I would really encourage you, if talking face to face is difficult, to try emailing, writing, or calling her to tell her. You've suffered enough alone. And as much as it's downright terrifying to let someone know, it's a very important step to jump start the healing process and slowly wade out of this sea we call depression. You must feel so heavy everyday. Let them help take some of the weight off your shoulders. We can help too but we aren't exactly trained in helping haha.
