I have noticed that too. I don't go into chat anymore because of that reason. If I want to chat with someone or people that actually talk I log onto Paltalk or AOL. No one chats on here. They just mostly sit there. I understand your frustration.

The best thing is to just hang out in the forums like I do, or go somewhere else where people do actually chat. This may or not be helpful to you, but you are not alone in your feelings.
