Newtus did u go back to sleep? I had to call a cab to get cigarettes.

I have so much to do today. I have to clean, but my son's gonna help me. I have to get groceries and I can't remember what else. My son's being nice though. I don't know if I should take more meds and try sleeping again or stay up.
