I'm sorry GenCat....I don't know what happened, and I am not making excuses for anyone else's behavior. But if you are in an environment where people have problems, then don't forget that those problems are their own and they might be the reason that you were spoken to the way you were.
I know it's hard not to feel hurt, and I have had such a reaction as yours. I have to remind myself not to take it personally.
