That is really good advice, as it should make it much easier if you need to ask for a break. If you're not sure about anything don't be afraid to say so and get the officer to repeat anything you don't understand or that is unclear. Also you could ask whether there is anyone who can sit in with you and whether there is a victim support program they can put you in touch with. Also don't forget to ask the officer HOW and WHEN the police will update you about the enquiries thay make, you are the victim and you have the right to be kept posted on the outcome of the police investigation.
