klonipin last longer in your system so has a more stedy effect and can be dosed twice a day I would also like you to try to cut back to .5mg if you can get buy with the smallest dose possibly. easy to get addicted to these benzos /They are meant to be taken for 3-4 weeks but many people end up taking them for years and go through withdrawls trying to get off them.
