^ careful @ above. You can OD on vitamin D. And 8g of fish oil seems to be a bit much. I think it increases stroke and hemorrhaging.

Unrelated: The slight pain that I get in my heart area always happens when I take fish oil. So I'm only going to take 1 every now and then instead of 2 every day. I went on the internet and other people were having this problem as well.
