I hear you. I am not in my deepest depression but it is bad enough I can't do those things either. I can barely leave the house and only do when I absolutely have to.
I journal alot, meditate alot, read alot, spend time on the internet reading about the damn depression and what causes it and different treatments. Lately I have been listening to podcasts on existential therapy. I had never heard of it.
