For sz it's 1 in 8 vs 1 in 100 for the rest of the population. For autism we know far less albeit there is an increased frequency if the dad is over 40. Also there is regional variation with racial and geographic things for autism...for example Minneapolis total rate is like 1 in 40 vs 1:88 for the rest of the population but among the Hmong people living there it's even higher like 1:30.
