I know, at my work, there was a 'weird Emails', email floating around. I forget the gist of it. Could address, it like that, through distribution list, cc'ing bosses/hr. Nothing accusatory, facts, and address being careful how we sync our address books with Web based companies, like google/yahoo, etc?
