hi there. sorry youre going through this. im glad youre going to take action to get this all sorted. it can take a while to get a diagnosis as many disorders have a fluctuating nature, ie some people with bipolar or depression have psychotic symptoms at times in their illness which can look like schizophrenia. and many people with varying disorders have periods of normalcy as well.

how long have you been clean and from what? it could be lingering symptoms from that or like you said, something else.
