Sarcosine is normally found in food and pretty much has no side effects so I would try that one first. The two are just amino acid derivatives so the building blocks of proteins but in order to get the equivalent effect you would need to eat like half a cow. Pregnenolone you can just get from amazon...personally I would get a low dose like 10mg and try that and if it doesn't work take multiple pills until I found a working dose...too much well there is an increased risk for heart attacks etc over time because it is a steroid...for me you know atypicals are going to causes metabolic syndrome over time which increases heart attack risk so the compromise is similar.
