I guess I don't get what is going on. Someone at work is calling you from work? I don't see the point. How is it they don't have a work number you recognize as coming from your own office? I would be inclined to think my work's phone service has something wrong with it, approach it like that. I know my home phone rings a lot after there has been a call and there will be no one there. I know my phone is broken.
