I also have a dream like that.
It started when I was 8 or 9 years old. I was so scared and I thought I was still in the nightmare after I was awake, I even left the house and hid outside.
I cannot explain it well but at least I can share what I think I was feeling.
In this dream, first i feel my pinky or index finger or something small and very thin. Then something really big and and maybe round, like a being or a person or a blob i dont know is near me i dont know where exactly, then something is repeating i dont know what; and that thing is getting bigger and bigger and louder and im a nail as smal as a nail and that thing is getting bigger. I can remmember numbers but i dont know what they mean. I think that being is like a rock or something like that. Its mostly a felling not something physical. The being or the embodiment of fear just gets louder and bigger it also gets slower in all aspects I know its sound weird because it's not something physical but its true. It's not really a dream ive had this when I am almost fully conscious but its very hard to stop thinking about it and very difficult to try and recreate the dream. Im just glad im not the only one, thank you for letting me share this and anyone is welcome to message me. Thank you.
