Get a google voice number! Give that as your "new" personal contact info. You map the google voice number so it forwards to your cel. Then when you have identified the callers number google voice will let you block them or (better yet) label them as spam. It might be hard to get the old cel out of circulation at work but it could work. I give my clients a google voice number. Completely free and very sweet.
