Yes they are typical OCD thoughts. No you did not caused anything to happen to anyone. It is impossible to cause things through our thinking. Also God understands our thoughts and has compassion so you are not being punished. Try to remember thoughts are just the firing of neurons. Thoughts are just thoughts not action. Let them pass through your brain. My previous CBT therapist taught me that when an OCD thought came into my head to label it as an OCD thought and then refocus. Refocusing is doing an activity that will distract and absorb you. Make a list of refocusing activities and keep them close to hand.
