Besides the depression and anxiety and what you are dealing with with your parents, which is plenty, the sleep issue seems serious to me. Not getting enough sleep and the right kind of sleep can really mess us up.

It could be caused by the depression and anxiety or by the meds. It is very common among us.

It is something that can be addressed so that you can get on a normal sleep cycle. Can you talk to your prescribing doc about it. There are a number of options.

Melatonin
Chamomile tea
Velarian Root
Remeron
Trazadone
Ambien
Lunesta
