Did you actually sleep?? I once took a few extra sleeping pills...the exact opposite effect happened...I was wide away for HOURS..

Like you I took them because I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. T and I talked about it. She insisted on seeing me the next day even though it was a Sunday. She understood where I was coming from and was very supportive...I didn't however mix it with alcohol.
