
Something that my T has had to pound into my head, is that: when you compare yourself to other people, you will always fall short. Because you are just different from them.
You may not have a whole lot of crazy experiences or have gotten a big fancy award, or be good at absolutely everything, but hear me when I say that:
Nobody on earth is bad at everything.
You are an award in and of yourself. So don't let the "achievements of everyone else" push you down. You
can find the little things everyday that you do well. Award yourself for it. Because who cares what they think. It shouldn't have to matter. And I know that it does, far too often, but it shouldn't.
