My T's secretary is wonderful. She's quite aware of my hospitalizations as I generally have her give the message of what is going on to pass on to my T. She's often the first I speak to when a crisis in our family occurs. She is kind and amazingly efficient and always respectful. We've gotten to know each other over the years and often chit chat about our kids' activities or our weekend plans. Great person.

She takes care of me, making sure I get scheduled conveniently, making sure my T doesn't forget to return my phone calls, etc.
