Keep your sleep schedule even if it means laying in bed with racing thoughts. Try melitonin to help sleep.

Get prepared for your crash: freeze meals, pay ahead bills, put gas in the car, set up automatic bill pay, set cloths out.

Does your son and daughter go to an after school program? Does your husband know your hypomanic?
