It doesn't matter how many sleep time I get I will awake everyday two tired. There are some days that are impossible to go through feeling like this. I can't function socially or Do any kind of work. I balance between. Nights in which I sleep to little (mostly because of anxiety) and others which I can't easily stop sleeping and I will feel tired the all day.
I was diagnosed with depression, but I take the meds for a while and it doesn't get better, maybe its even worse. Besides I have some unlocalized muscle contraction all over my body, specially when my body is relaxed and I'm more tired. I know depression and meds can have some effect, but I'm worring about this since I think this. is the main cause of my mental issues.
So do you have any other ideas about diagnoses or body functions I need to check?
I want to talk my pdoctor about this, but our next appointment can take a while to happen.
Today, for example I let the. dinner I was cooking burnt and I made something else for my siblings but I wasn't already able to finish it or eating because I had to crush.
