It will be hard to have a sleep study done because it's kind of random, so I won't ever know when it's going to happen.

I thought that too but I do remember it and I am conscious of it....it's just sometimes it's so intense it is completely out of my control until I relieve myself.

I do wake up naked, usually it takes me 15-30 seconds to realize what I've done.

And I never spoken to my doctor yet.
