As for me, I am alone all day every day. I find that if I don't plan something for the day, an activity, a project, etc. than yes, I will lay around in the bed all day long.
I won't even leave the house. I need a plan and structure to avoid those kinds of days. It only adds to the loneliness, depression and anxiety. It's very easy to get depressed when you are alone, unless you have a plan and a structure for the day -
I take a walk, I call friends on the phone, I do reading, projects, hobbies, and get out of the house every day.
