Hi im new here but I am really having a hard time a member of our church died on Friday of complications to his liver. I am confused too and sad and the reason being is I met this person once in my whole life but I am still mourning and still really sad and I dont think that is normal but yet I do not know why I am mourning then. I just feel really not smart for doing this I dont want attention so its not that but I am genuinely sad that he passed away at 28 and I just cannot get it out of my mind im not eating,sleeping and I am so sad. I just dont get it since I met him only once.
