Mine just got her own office and it is soooo lovely, and freshly decorated.

Wishful thinking: I'd have an extra session a week with the second one being at no charge. (I don't need it; just saying.)

More realistic: I'd like at least another 30 minutes added to session, or that she would sit closer or that she'd be more creative in her technique and we'd do something fun like have a picnic in the room or draw or something.
