Hi sophiesmom...You have such insightful things to say to people. I also see that you say hello to a lot of people here each day. I know that for me, when the depression peaks (like it has for the past few months), it becomes increasingly harder to reach out. Thank you for the posts that you write on this forum. I find them useful and uplifting.
