I came to the conclusion that mine do. When I am kind of down, like I've been for the past week and a half or so, my eating habits and workout schedule get shot to hell. I alternate between wanting to eat properly and get into the gym, and saying "aw screw it, fat guys are sexy".

It's not a matter of running to comfort foods, because sometimes I don't even eat. Then I get peed off with myself and frustrated even more, and so it goes. But when I am up and normal (whatever the heck
that is), my diet and workouts stay on track. Anyone else experience this?
