Well I'm not the greatest at eating well, that's the hardest for me, but I do feel so much better when I exercise! They say working out is great medicine and I agree it helps my moods, especially during this awful long winter. But yeah when I'm depressed I don't have energy to workout, yet still have an appetite. I only lack an appetite when I'm really anxious.
