This is way too few calories.

You can really hurt yourself.
So one of the dietitians I work with went over it with me just the other day.
1 pound of fat = 3500 calories.
To safely lose weight you lose 1 pound of fat per week by cutting 500 calories from your diet each day. Or by adding exercise in 100 calories. Adding exercise also prevents diabetes even more than changing your diet in some circumstances. Sitting still is really, really bad for your body.
1 pound a week = 52 pounds in one year.
If you add strength training exercise you will burn more calories even when you sit still because muscles require more energy that fat.
The most you should cut from your diet is 1000 calories per day, but if you're already close to your goal calories (not less than 1200 a day,) then this is dangerous.
