Hi Ashley, SUCH a BRAVE video to make!! Remember you're
not alone!!! We/I care, we/I hear you!!
Never be afraid in sharing what you're going through,
it matters,
it's important, you have been through/are going through so much and you
deserve support!!
And
I hope you're reading in that, that you
should not be disappointed in yourself too!!
If things take time (which they will!)
allow yourself that, how could
anyone expect you to just snap back into..........???!!!
It's
OK, it's going to take time, AND you should be
really proud of yourself, and what you've overcome so far and
so should your parents be
really proud of you.
Everyone should be still caring about you so much regardless,
you matter!!
And
definitely see it as a good thing that you're going to be getting more help as well. You're right it is going to be a journey to feeling better, but it's not
you that is the problem/broken/in need of fixing it's a whole lot more about helping you have the coping resources to overcome the obstacles you're already working on overcoming.
There's
nothing wrong with
you, it's more the depression in your way, and with the right support you
are going to be able to make strides, it might take time but.........
And you know, we're
really privileged if we can offer you
just a little of the support you need in this......so don't hesitate for a moment in speaking out
whenever!! You know that we/I will try to be there for you in
anyway you need.
Here for you
Alison
