I do not have OCD and do not know the standard of care for OCD, but just arguing from first principles and applying general approaches, you need to think the thoughts and feel the feelings without trying to stop them, control them, change them, alter them, etc. Again, this is a general advice from a person who is not familiar with OCD. There might be a forum for OCD on this site, and you can repost there - you are allotted two duplicate posts on the site (i.e. you can open the same thread on two forums, but not more).

On a different note, it is nice to read that lesbians in Ohio feel comfortable kissing in public, because, you know, Ohio is not San Francisco.
