Do you have an Orshelns nearby? That's where I've bought most of mine.

One of my roosters was getting out of hand, so I brought him into the house. He's staying in a dog crate most of the day, but in the morning I bring him out and cuddle him (roosters don't like that much but he's getting used to it), then I put him in the bathroom while I shower and he crows and crows and crows. I'm going to move 6 or 7 of my roosters out to my mom's house. Eventually I'd like all of us to be out there.

I love roosters, but they're loud and messy. Pullets are easier.
