I have had a few, I've also been lucky to reach her a few times when I've had really bad panic attacks that weren't subsiding, and she has helped me calm down, such a relief.
What she does varies a bit. Some things that worked were having me look slowly and mindfully around the room in order, describing everything in detail. Another one was to do controlled breathing exercises. Sometimes it just helps to hear everything will be okay. Other times we list things, like all the birds I have seen from my window.
She's done a few different kinds of visualizations with me too that I really like, not just for panic attacks but general calming. Imagining a safe place or object in detail helps because theoretically, I can hold onto the imagery and it will help me feel calm to help prevent or mitigate the anxiety.
