Hello Ouch.
I hope things get better for you soon. I hope you stay in contact with your therapist and let the therapist know how you are doing so that you can get the treatment you need at this time. Have you considered a case manager? A case manager can help in many ways to keep the stress off of persons with mental health disorders. A case manager can help take care of bills, rent, and buy groceries and take care of things while you are recuperating. You will have to ask your therapist for a case manager so your therapist can set you up with the case manager. Many people have done really well once a case manager steps in to lighten the load to allow someone to get themselves stable without all of the outside deterrants to becoming stable. I hope you feel better soon, and things work out better for you in the future. take care of yourself. Soidhonia
