I am not doing as well as I would like. Right now I just want to hide under the covers and sleep for a week. Even simple tasks tire me out and I am having a really hard time explaining this to anyone in my life in a way that makes sense.

Right now I feel like momentum is the only thing keeping me going. I just needed to get that off my chest. It has been weighing me down for the last couple of weeks.
