Mild/moderate ones. She has be do breathing exercises, get up and move around, talk about other things, etc.
She does not think that I should ever have to sit with high levels of anxiety in a session. Since I feel like I'm about to come out of my skin with panic in almost every session, we end up having to stop to deal with the anxiety almost every time. Sometimes I can get it back and we can work on the topic again and other times we just work on relaxation techniques.
If I could calm the **** down, I could have been done with therapy by now. It makes me frustrated but she keeps telling me to be patient with myself
