jinny please try to do some slow breathing. breathing in for four seconds, holding it for four sets of four and then letting it out helps me if i do it for a very minimum of five minutes while focusing on the seconds ticking by on a clock. it gives my mind something to focus on and my eyes and makes me keep my body still while at the same time the physiological effects of the breathing can be amazing.
