I'm having crazy-bad panic attacks most of day...........tried so many things........i.e., holding ice in hands, deep breathing, relaxing music.........nothing helps...............am so scared.......feel like I'm going to vomit..............heart beat going a mile a minute.........hands so shaky & feeling dizzy............why can't I control this???????!!!!!!
Any other coping mechanisms? I also went for a walk.......
