I am feeling a bit better today. I spoke to a pharmacist yesterday and he told me that it can take 3 to 4 weeks 4 a Citalipram dosage increase to settle which maybe why I am so bad. I knew that but it doesn't always help. I think the problem at the moment is I just want the depression to stop and that I have lost the fight in me at times.
Today I am feeling better though gonna take the dog out in a bit so hopefully that will help a bit. Thank you for the support though it really does help. Sometimes you need to just feel a bit sorry for yourself and have someone listen
