This is why lots of Ts dont email. You open that box and we get anxious if they dont immediately respond or respond how we wish. Because she did respond (appt reminder) but it wasnt what was wanted. So then we are mad. We want more than the hour a week. More than a response. More, more, more and if they dont we are mad. Really?
