Thanks! It went reasonably well. I didn't say very much compared to anyone else there, but I did manage to say enough that I don't feel depressed about it. I mean, I made a little bit of an effort anyway. I'm not good at jumping into conversations though. And I know I need to just go ahead and speak without overthinking, but I'm not very good at that yet.

Well I have individual therapy tomorrow. Guess I can complain about it then.
