I (in California) am getting the shots of Twinrix, which is a combination vaccine against both Hep A and Hep B. I have to pay out of pocket, and the combination is cheaper than getting individual shots separately.

Both Twinrix and Gardasil require a 6 month period before you are immune, so once you have made up your mind, you should act and not wait. There is the first shot, the second one month later, and the third/last 6 months after the first one.
