That is a really good idea, and I'm very glad it works for you. I do rationalise that this these things are transistionary... But yeah, not pleasant while happening

might give your tip a go, a visual cue to look at while riding it out could be helpful.

Morbid (black humour) is right up my street lol! I know what you mean though... I wouldn't actually wish this on anyone... But there is something comforting in knowing that others can relate, have been there, share.. Doesn't make it so heavy and isolating.

Not sure... Though last week was hell for the dips, it was nice to have space to try and deal with it without others interrupting my work flow or micromanaging me... Which the latter doesn't happen that often since my supervisor (general office) actually acknowledges that I do in fact know my job better than he does (/rant).
Been feeling alone for other reasons... That yeah, are bothering me and stuff. Pretty much mentioned these things before so I don't want to whine in specifics.. Just in meh mode.
