I'm a 20 year old virgin who has never had a boyfriend, been on a date, or hooked up. If someone asks me why I am still a virgin (which happens), I simply say "I'm a virgin because I've never had sex yet" and leave it there. If they want to ask why or why I haven't been kissed, I just say I haven't found the right guy. All of which is true. It removes the emotional aspect of it but it answers the question and usually shuts people up
