Idk if integrative energy healing is the same as Reiki, but I started getting Reiki healings a couple of months ago. I'll tell you what... I feel great right afterwards, but I have a difficult time harnessing that feeling and keeping it with me for more than a couple of hrs. Hopefully it'll come with time (as does everything else, it seems)
