I finally got the nerve to call and ask to reschedule and the front desk receptionist asked for my number to call me back when she personally got back there to my T's appointment book. So I think the problem was probably with my T's secretary, and since I'm going to be changing to someone in our new town, I just need this one visit to wrap things up and make sure my record so far gets transferred. It's the same company, different location. Hopefully with good secretaries
