I will get out my self help books, therapy has been good but I think the exercises in the books can offer more if I just stick with it, feeling pretty down with negative self talk that's blabbing in my head all day today, monthly doesn't help much with all the crazy hormones! Hope you guys feel better and thank you for the replies!!!
