Seriously your pdoc will have seen people much sicker some people only talk gibberish at times if they even talk at all so I would not worry or try to hide it because it's something they should be assessing. Very early on when my pdoc asked for my medical records and I hesitated he said something like in order for this to work we have to be able to trust one another and this is true from day 1. It's also true about drug use they can't breach confidentiality unless you want to hurt yourself or somebody else so you can be totally open with them but since it can trigger psychosis it will help them come up with a diagnosis...
